Meeting Rooms & Conference facilities

Henderson Business Centre has two fully equipped conference rooms; a Boardroom (pictured) on the first floor and Meeting Room on the ground floor. Both have broadband connectivity and are finished to high specification and can cater for Conferences, Meetings, Training Sessions, Seminars or Networking Events. Each room is complete with a large plasma screen display, audio equipment, flip chart and white board.

The centre has a laptop available on request for use in the conference/board room, however we do ask that you bring your own laptop if possible. We also have a presentation pointing device available on request.

We can also provide refreshments and catering to meet your individual needs.

Our indicative packages are as below:

• Tea, Coffee, Filtered Water and Biscuits - £1.50 per head per serving.
• Refreshments with Cakes & Pastries - £4.95 per head
• Breakfast Buffet Including Refreshments - £5.95 per head.
• Premium Buffet: Baguettes with an assortment of fillings, home made cake,
  crisps and bottled water - £8.95 per head.
