There are 35 office units between 20.6 sqm (222 sqft) and 41 sqm (441 sqft) within the two storey office building. These individual units can be joined together to make larger open plan offices.

The building comprises 35 units totalling 419 sqm (4,517 sqft) on the ground floor and 417 sqm (4,485 sqft) on the first floor.

Rent for the office suites is inclusive of all utilities including internet (except from Business Rates) providing you with complete business service but with none of the hassle.

All office suites are finished to high specification with hi-tech facilities. The Centre incorporates Cat5e interchangeable voice and data ports, a structure cabling system for flexible telephone and web based communications for all tenants, allowing tenants to divert their calls to other phones within their office or to reception staff, who will answer your calls in your absence.

Reception is manned 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, but as a tenant you will have 24hr access to the building and your office. In reception we have a large colour photocopier/scanner/printer and fax machine, you will have your own code to use it whenever you wish. We distribute your post daily to your office and will deal with any outgoing mail for you.

Offices are located over two floors and are varying sizes; approx 14 – 41 Sq m or 150 – 440 Sq feet. Each floor has its own kitchen with Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster and Zipboiler.
