Virtual Tenancy allows people who work from home or businesses that do not require a physical office to have a professional business address and Norwich telephone number without the need to use a PO Box or private telephone number.
You can choose from two packages to suit your needs:
Mail forwarding service. Any mail delivered to Henderson for you will be forwarded on to you Friday each week by 1st class mail, or you can collect any items at any time during reception hours (8:30 – 5pm, Mon – Fri).
Address and Telephone Service. As above plus a dedicated telephone line which is answered in your business name and has its own answerphone message which we can record to your individual requirements so if anybody calls you out of reception hours your call will not be missed. All messages will be forwarded to you by email immediately.
Address Only - £40.00 pcm
Full Service - £75.00 pcm
Prices are correct as of 1st April 2011, exclusive of VAT.
Both virtual tenancies allow you to use our other facilities (for an extra cost as and when used) such as; Photocopier/Scanner/Printer, Fax, Outgoing Postal Service, Use of Conference Rooms at tenant prices.
