Workshop Units

There are 14 light industrial units at Henderson, built in two phases;

Phase 1 included the developments 1-5 and were completed in October 2006

Phase 2, unit 6-14 were completed in March 2009

Each unit has its own washroom, roller shutter doors, an independent intruder alarm, 24hr access and two allocated parking spaces directly in front of the unit. CCTV covers the whole site and security guards visit twice nightly and at weekends.

In July 2010, the rents for the industrial units were reviewed. The lettings policy has also been changed. This allows you a couple of options.

Option 1 Easy In – Easy Out

These arrangements are suitable for those businesses which cannot agree to a minimum rental period of six months or more.

Option 2 Minimum Six Month Rental Period

For tenants able to commit to a minimum rental period of at least six months a reduced rent will apply.
